Clear Cookies from Chrome

In Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Delete Browsing Data...". 

When you see this window, set the Time range to "All Time", select "Cookies" and "Cached images and files", then click "Delete Data".

Once it's finished, close Chrome and open it back up and see if that fixed the issue.
