Force your Apple TV to Restart when it is unresponsive

• (newer remotes) Press and hold both the Back and the TV button on the Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.

OR

• (older remotes) Press and hold both the and TV buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly. 

OR

• Disconnect the Apple TV from power, wait five seconds, then reconnect it. (Don't stand on a chair with wheels to do this - pick a different option)

OR

• Open Settings on Apple TV, go to System and select Restart (won't work if your AppleTV is in Conference Mode where you just see the skyline)
