Phones and Voicemail
Classroom and Office desk phones should be updated with new staff names by the first day of school each year. If yours does not look correct, please put in an Technology request.
Set up your voicemail if you have not done so. The phone may retain the voicemail of the previous owner until you take this step. Not sure if you need to do this? You can dial your own extension from your phone and listen to your busy message.

All Call - An AllCall button is available on any phone at the four school buildings. Hit the button, pick up the handset and what you say will be broadcast over the intercom. It is important to hit the button BEFORE you pick up the handset.
Your building administrator may give you direction on the when, why and what of choosing to use AllCall. If not, we advise staff to reserve it for emergency use with a plan for simple announcements like "medical emergency (identify location)", "discipline emergency (identify location)", "intruder emergency (identify location)". Again, if your administrator has given you other instructions, please follow those instead. Communicate this to anyone who may be subbing for you and attempt to not communicate it to students.
